The INCO 155.3 Curved self-supporting roofing system allows the covering of one or several soccer fields in a simple and aesthetic way. This roof solution is ideal for this type of sports courts, given its standard dimensions of 22×45 meters.
The curved roof profile can be supplied in different colors available from stock or in any color from the RAL chart upon request. The turnaround time is fast and, depending on accessibility, each track can be installed in a week.
It is a type of roof that does not require maintenance and, depending on the level of zinc and paint protection of the material, can offer great durability, reaching up to 30 years of warranty.

The self-supporting curved roof system allows you to cover an indoor soccer field up to 22 meters wide and any depth. In addition, this system has multiple applications, such as canopies to cover different sports spaces, such as paddle tennis, tennis or basketball courts.

With this type of roof, the court can be used all year round, regardless of the weather. In addition, it protects the pavement and outdoor equipment from sun and rain, increasing its useful life with an innovative design and generating a quality covered space.

  1. The main structure, formed by frames separated by up to 20 m, is responsible for supporting the main actions of the roof, guaranteeing its integrity and stability.
  2. Horizontal braces and stabilizers support the horizontal reactions transmitted by the arch to the structure, limiting the displacements of the beams and supports.
  3. The self-supporting curved profile constitutes the enclosure of the roof and is placed and fixed on the main structure. This element supports the loads that act on the roof, meeting the corresponding mechanical requirements.

  • Packaging and transportation: The curved roof profiles are grouped in strapped packages of 10-25 sheets, with a maximum length depending on the type of profile and a maximum weight of 1,500 kg. Each package includes an identification label with details of the manufactured product, order and destination. Transport is preferably carried out on an open platform.
  • Reception and unloading: Before unloading, it is verified that the material matches the geometry and thickness specified in the project. Unloading is carried out with the appropriate lifting means, and preferably directly in the installation area, to minimize movements on site.
  • Storage and protection: On site, the packages are stored in a covered and ventilated area on inclined wooden sleepers and are protected from humidity with breathable tarps. Packages are not stacked more than three high and no other materials are placed on them.
  • Installation on the structure: The packages are placed on the ground, close to the assembly area and oriented in the direction of installation. The sheets are raised individually from the ground to their position on the roof.
