Renova, a Portuguese company that is present in more than 60 countries, is mainly dedicated to the manufacture of paper compounds for domestic and sanitary use, such as toilet and kitchen paper, napkins, tissues, etc.
The paper pulp generation process, as well as the bleaching of the pulp, are very aggressive processes due to the presence of ovens, tanks and chemical agents that can cause oxidation damage inside the warehouse enclosure. For these reasons, the INCO 100.3 Deck profile has been supplied with a high performance coating: HPS200. This paint provides a guarantee of up to 30 years depending on the environment where it is applied, and is suitable for this type of installation.
The INCO 100.3 Deck profile in 1.00 mm thickness allows for spans of up to 7.00 m, without the need for an intermediate structure, facilitating the definition of the new self-supporting deck cover.
